About this app

Have you ever been programmed so many sets that you lose track of which set you're on midway through? This is the solution to that problem. Users can create their own workouts and save it for access at a later time. Once a workout is started, the current progress is tracked. Users can swipe left or press next to move onto the next set or exercise.

How to use:
- Add exercise adds a row with the ability to set an exercise (required), weight (optional), sets (required), and reps (required).

- If rest between sets is needed, simply add a rest time after your exercise. This will set a timer between each set of that exercise and will start once set is decreased for that exercise.

- Add super set adds a row with the ability to choose how many exercises you want in your super set as well as the ability to set a rest time.

- Add rest adds a rest row with the ability to set your rest time in minutes (required) and seconds (required). If added after another rest row, it will start a timer with the number of minutes and seconds inputted and it will not reset.

New features

- Swipe from right to left to go to the next set/exercise/rest
- Add a super set, pyramid set, exercise, or rest time
- Weight conversion from percent to lbs
- Drag and drop to reorder exercises. Swipe to delete exercises/workouts
- Option to be alerted via vibration or a brief sound reduction when rest period is over
- Convert percentage weights to pounds
- Convert from KG to Lbs and vice versa
- Share workouts with other users
