About this app

GenieOnHire is a Unique App which helps students to support their learning by earning during their free time. Through this app we connect hard-working skilled students with Wish-Makers who want to hire temporary skilled individuals to complete their ad-hoc work requirements.
All Students registered as Genie on our App need to create their full profile along with their ID details including Adhar card. Most of these students want to work with a dual goal in mind of earning to support their studies and gain valuable experience which would sharpen their skills.

Simple Process for Using GenieOnHire for Genie
• Genie enters basic details like name, Email, Password and mobile number while accessing first time.
• We ask for detailed documentation from Genies including their ID card photo.
• Genie Update their profiles with relevant details and links.
• Genie is enabled on GenieOnHire to accept wishes to complete.
• Our Proprietary algorithm rates reliability of each newly registered Genie till the time they start getting Ratings from actual Wishmakers.
• Wish Maker posts their tasks with details and payment for the task. Genies show interest on the task if they feel payment is enough for the posted task details.
• Genie can ask their doubts to wish maker in the chat section below the wish.
• Once Genie shows interest Wish maker can select the Genie and may invite to joina whats app group specific to the wish posted.
• Once Genie is selected by wish maker If Genie withrdraws their interest of does not show for the work, their rating is adversely affected until they complete certain number of wishes on time.
• Once Genie completes the wish on pre-decided time Genie gets paid by the wish maker directly.
• Genie gets rated and reviewed by Wish maker, which helps Genie to get selected for the next work
• Genie can also provide feedback on certain parameters of the Wish maker to provide better information to the next genies that may work for the Wish maker.
• Genie On Hire is not involved in fee payment transaction unless the wish is Genie On Hire Assured Wish.



Simple process for Using GenieOnHire for Wish Maker
• Wish-Maker can either create account by entering simple detail like name, address, mobile number or can direct make a wish and post it on the wish-board.
• Wish maker needs to post the wish with the all work details and what payment they want to give for the work.
• Genie On hire will recommend a payment for getting maximum interest from rightly skilled Genies. But Wish maker can choose their own payment.
• Only authenticated Genies will ask questions for the wish posted.
• Wish Maker can reply to questions through app without revealing their contact details, Wish-Maker can view Genie rating and reviews in their individual profiles on App.
• Wish Maker can select the Genie based on their profile and ratings. Wish maker can create a whatsapp group and invite the Genies to join it through the app.
• Wish maker can directly call or email the Genie for any questions they may have.
• Once Genie completes the wish on predefined time, Wish maker can rate and review the Genie based on their performance,
• On completion of wish Wish maker can pay the Genie pre-decided fees.
• Genie On Hire is not involved in fee payment transaction unless the wish is Genie On Hire Assured Wish.

• Wish-Maker can review and rate the Genie through app so as to help future Wish-Makers.
