I tested both of Niimbot's printer apps with my Niimbot D11 thermal label printer. This is the simpler of the two apps. It works perfectly for me. The app is in English. It allows you to pick from a number of different fonts and adjust font size and alignment, as well as select the label type (dimensions, color). The app only asks for permissions when it genuinely needs them - for example, camera permissions to scan the barcode of your labels (if you don't want to manually set the label type) and storage on your device (if you ask it to download extra fonts to your device). You do not need to create an account nor log in to use the app and print labels. If you need the capability to print images and icons, not just text, then you should use Niimbot's other app. If you only want to print text, this app is easy to use and works well.

Like another reviewer said, I don't really understand the bad rating of this app. My NiiMbot didn't come with any instructions so I downloaded this app and YouTubed it. The video wasn't even finished before I had the first test sticker printed out. The app itself is very straightforward and you'll get some instructions at the beginning.

I dont understand the ratings this app has gotten. I used it just fine, super easy to use. If you're having any trouble, try going on youtube for some tutorials! As for me, I'm suuuuper happy with my D11 labeler and this app!

Works as expected, app is in English, easy to understand. Packaging is good quality. Bluetooth easy to set up. Select size of sticker, enter text and print. I was expecting issues and loads of grief but no. The only issue I encountered was that the QR code for the e-manual download was not scannable but hey given that it is so simple to use only a Dur-brain will need the instructions.
