Horrible app.. took forever to be able to get it to download in my phone... Once I got it downloaded.. it wanted me to register.. n it sent me a code to my email.. now I can't even check my email at all.. I even removed app from my phone.. restarted it and still can't check any of my emails... I'm reporting this app.. it keeps kicking me off my gmail!! This is BS!!

Drains battery A LOT. It attempts internet connections several times a minute whether the app is "running" or not. There is no way to stop this. I tried restarting the device, stopping the service through developer options, force stopping through app manager. Nothing will stop the app from starting on it's own, keeping the device "awake", and connecting to the internet. It erroneously reports no battery usage, but my firewall logs several connections per minute. Otherwise it's functional.

Used to work better. Not sure what happened but after the update, all alarm messages notifications come to my phone, but in the app it said "failed to obtain alarm message". This wasn't an issue a week ago. Please fix.

Horrible app is not recognizing me login info , and is locking me out of my own account! And now says too many attempts to log in, further preventing me from using my own camera I paid for!!!! F- do not buy the related camera or use this awful buggy app!!

Descriptive manual has little to no info on the equipment/ functions or features. For support they provide a Generic Non-Secure website... They will gladly take your money,, No feedback to customers at all!!
