This is the worst product and is less than the worst customer service. It should be zero stars. I bought a GENBOLT camera (not cheap) and after wasting quite some time, discovered the APP is 100% useless, since it cannot connect to the camera. I requested a new APP and after a couple weeks of nothing, I got a link to a new APK, which I installed in my phone and it also doesn't work. Why would I expect anything else from this pitiful excuse for a business. I bought a $2000 security system and funny enough the software included with that system work with the camera, but with VIDEO ONLY. No other features are supported and I suspect they don't work anyway. The only way you can configure the camera is by connecting directly to the camera over ethernet and using the "on-board" application to configure the camera. Oh ya, have Google open to search for others having issues with setup to help guide you. As per another review, the QR code on the camera is useless and goes nowhere with a generic QR code reader and is so small it cannot be scanned with their own app! Another problem is with the onboard application in that the app depends on Adobe Flash Player to show the video, so that's useless, but at least you can setup your camera from that location. Today (5 Feb 2021), I got another download link from these morons, of a package file (PKG), which may be a firmware update for their junk camera (I don't know because I have never had an email from GENBOLT with anything written in ANY language). I have yet (since I bought this mistake called a camera), was that not a single person from GENBOLT is willing or able to write an email to help with troubleshooting, or updates, or even to say thanks for wasting your money. This company needs to shut their doors, since they are claiming to be a security product, where I do not feel they have earned this right due to the full lack of trust their actions have presented. I wish it were zero stars.

Update: Now I can log in with no issues. Thank you for resolving the issue! Previous post: APP is not reliable - I cannot log into my account through this android app as it keeps giving me "Network Abnormal" error. Interestingly, I am able to log into the apple version of the app using my ipad. I really like their products otherwise, so this is a very disappointing. Could you please fix as this has been going for more than a week now? Thank you!

I made the mistake of updating the app. Now I can't even login. I tried to reset my password. It send me a text message with a code. I used the code, reset my password and tried to login and it says password incorrect. I am so disappointed and very upset. Please fix this ASAP.
