Doesn't really work. It offers two options: to take you to the page to turn on/off hotspot yourself. This part seems to work. But, the second option is to directly turn on/off hotspot. All it does is manage to turn off WiFi. It fails to turn on the hotspot. And, there's a typo in its description. Very poor attention to detail.

Tethering shortcut works on Android 10. Can't auto turn on hotspot, but that's ok. Saves me some clicks anyway
