App has potential, but not all needed features are included yet. Doesn't list all copays. Right now, you can view your ID cards, co-pays, and how much of your deductible has been spent. Those seemed to work fine. To be useful, at a minimum it needs to also have the doctors search, EoB viewing, submit a claim in-app, plan documents, and the Vision Connect and LabCard IDs. To be a great app, it needs to include the rest of your personal features, such as the gym membership thing.

App is horrible. When it worked, it was fine. Then one day it stopped working, and I'm no longer able to log in. Tried clearing cache and data, force stopping, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. It's broken. I contacted GEHA to let them know it wasn't working and their response was "there haven't been any reports about problems with the app." What did they think my email was? If I could give it zero stars, I would.

First time installed, was able to login and use the app without issues. Recently, I'm unable to login to the app everytime I try to access it. Significant delays in getting to the login screen where you think the app has hung or crashed. Clearing cache and data does not resolve issues. Easier to just use the website until this is fixed.

Cannot paste my complex credentials or use Autofill to do this for me. It isn't difficult to enable either of these in 2024.
