Stupid app with only 3 to 4 devices available when Tronsmart carries so many devices!! I own 3 Tronsmart devices and only 1 of them is listed. And despite being listed it won't connect from within the app which at the end of the day renders the stupid app as a waste of time and efforts to all of us who's downloaded and tried using it. I'd have given it a 0 star if it was possible!

Update: The app still not update to support any model lime Tronsmart Onyx Ace. That is your product, isn't it? I'm gonna uninstall for sure. :) I was bought the Tronsmart Onyx Ace and I was so surprised that we have app for connecting, but actually, in the app doesn't have Tronsmart Onyx Ace model. It was so sad. Please update to keep your product and service run in the same times. Thanks

Spunky beat are the worst! Don't get me wrong. The sound quality is fantastic but the moment I put a step on the street they start act weird and losing constantly the connection with my phone! Hate it! 😣

Need more personalisation on equalizer beside the preset. The preset also does not give significant difference.

Edit: i contacted Tronsmart and they were very responsive. Now it works, and I managed to update the fw. Not working with Apollos. When I received the buds app was connecting and I could see the firmware was 1.0.5 (i think). I installed the firmware 1.2.4 (?). It said downloading and then installing. Then it said update failed and now the app cannot find the earbuds, even if they are connected and working fine. How am I able in the future to update the firmware?

Connection to Apollo Bold earphones triggers new pairing each time the app is restarted. Firmware update for one earphone failed, I needed to update it through GAIA Control app. Left earphone language suddenly changed to Chinese and reinstall of firmware didn't help. Waiting for future updates that fix those issues and will then improve rating. Edit: Response to Geekbuy: I've already tried updating one by one again. I've also contacted tronsmart support, but they couldn't help me.
