This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Cuida Molina on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Cuida Molina, es una aplicación del AYUNTAMIENTO DE MOLINA DE SEGURA y SERCOMOSA que permite a los ciudadanos notificar avisos de incidencias en la vía pública, en todo el término municipal.

Con Cuida Molina, se activa la colaboración ciudadana para mantener y mejorar la ciudad. Ahora, comunicar avisos sobre roturas en la red de agua, estado de un contenedor, limpieza en una calle o jardín, caídas de señales de tráfico o apagados en las luminarias, es fácil y sencillo. El ciudadano podrá revisar en Cuida Molina si sus incidencias están resueltas o en proceso desde cualquier lugar.

Una vez descargada la app, es obligatorio realizar el registro a través de email en el cual se recibirá un enlace para activar la aplicación y comenzar a usarla. Puede seleccionar el servicio (Agua, Limpieza, Alumbrado Público, Jardines, etc. ), tipo de incidencia a notificar, localizarla mediante el GPS de su terminal, y hasta fotografiarla, e inmediatamente los servicios municipales de Molina de Segura recibirán la notificación, se determinará la urgencia de su actuación y se procederá a su solución.

Las incidencias serán gestionadas conjuntamente entre el AYUNTAMIENTO DE MOLINA DE SEGURA y SERCOMOSA.
