Can't be used, registered successfully but user not exist message prompted when tried to sign in.... App developer doesn't even care to solve the bug even after so many reviews of 1 star given with the same reason.

Only the visitor management part is useful for recurrent visitors. Nothing else seems useful here. No tracking of complaints & their resolution. Other residents not allowed to view/comment/add on to a complaint made. Serves not much purpose to residents. Only a marketing platform for GL adverts for their properties. Money better spent on improving their Township department, which seems to be a 1 man show.

Manage to register but the message of user does not exist display instead. Edited: Support team direct approach me and assist for the troubleshootings, now the app is working fine, great customer service.
