This was a complete scam. First, there is no free version of the app. Second, once you seemingly pay for the app, you quickly realize it's a bait and switch because the initial price is $59.99 but then you're immediately charged an additional $11 to access your content! On top of that, you cannot take ownership of your own files. This is virtually a ransomware. Most videos are also only saved as jpegs. Very few of the videos actually came over in the correct format. Scam!

All the fantastic reviews must be by the developers. The very FIRST thing it shows is to ask for a subscription. Search for videos, found ALL the videos of which was a waste of time because those weren't the videos that I wanted to recover. So I went to the next screen, second freaking video ad. Solution? A quick uninstall. At least let you recover one or two videos before begging for money. Sorry, I don't blindly breakout the cc....

Right away it recommended a free trial or a $60 subscription. After scanning my SD it started slowly recovering files. I was given the option to watch ads to make the process "speed up". After 10 ads I reached the limit. I still had 500kb left so I checked 24h later and it only progressed by 30kb, I signed for the free trial and only recovered 60 out of hundreds of pics. I was then told to download another app for a 1-on-1 Consultation. I clicked and it took me to an email to describe my issue.

No idea 💡 why this app has such a high rating. It's TERRIBLE! Takes FOREVER to do anything, video ad after ad, after video ad, it's EXCESSIVE to day the least! Constantly prompting you to buy membership. Takes your files and uploads them somewhere...says it's "defragmenting" them yet, nothing happens on device end only shows prompt to watch videos to "defrag faster"...there are FAR BETTER apps out there that are FREE with no ads and faster, better like "unseen gallery" which is done perfectly.

Soooo... hang on a minute, let me get it straight! Restore - Photo Video Recovery - or so it says on the label. Yet, after downloading and opening the app, having waited for all the deleted files to show up as tiny thumbnails, after going through them all and marking the ones I'd want to recover (I was only after few accidentally deleted videos) - IT SAYS I HAVE TO UPGRADE TO PREMIUM VERSION ("videos are more complicated technogy" lol). I SAY, WHAT A WASTE OF (phone) SPACE!!! And time!!!

FALSE ADVERTISMENT!!!! This application does not fix any files, not properly anyways. I purchased the extra add-on that wasn't included in order to fix the videos that I had just taken of my son walking for the first time and it came back with garbled, distorted audio and no image at all. I desperately wanted those videos fixed and this application promised to be able to do that. Waste of space, time, and most definitely, money!
