1. Are my hidden files stored online?
No. Your files are stored only on your device, so please make sure to backup all your hidden files before transferring to new device or factory reset.
2. What can I do if I fail to launch Private Gallery Vault from LockScreen?
Try this: Open settings > Apps > Photo Video Vault > Storage > Manage Space.
- If you forgot Calculator PassCode then, Long Press the Logo on top left. It will open PinCode lock screen or Pattern lock screen.

• This app uses the Device Administrator permission. It is only for prevent data loss by accidentally uninstall. Private Gallery Vault will NEVER make any change to your device.
