# Method to Recover photos or Videos when problems occur.
If for some reason 3D Photo Gallery Lock does not run, recovery can be made by following the method below.
1) Uninstall 3D Photo Gallery
2) Download 3D Photo Gallery from the Market and install it.
3) Go Setting in the 3D Photo Gallery, Enter a New Password and Confirm a New Password
4) The missing files will be recovered to save in Same as a Previous one.
