I don't think I've ever deleted an app so soon after installing it. I LOVED the Samsung version, but I bought Motorola this time, so needed to install this version... When I go to edit a picture, all I find is crop. No option to adjust lighting or anything else. But it won't crop a picture. I click on the corner grid line and the picture moves instead of cropping. Ok, but when you let go, it goes right back to the picture and grid lines.

photo gallery photo gallery photo gallery I found out something that is a bit uncomfortable sometimes. The problem is: when I zoom in a picture, there is some kind of delay if you want to zoom in again, so if I zoom in, and instantly zoom in again, it just doesnt do anything, you have to wait like half a second before you can zoom in again. So far I love it. Was looking for alternative to built in Google photos app which is terrible. I like that I can customize the way photos are displayed (group by date taken, etc), and even how the app itself looks (colors). Tested folder creation, moving pics, deleting pics, editing pics, it all works like a charm. Love that internet access not needed, SO much less intrusive than Google. Thank you!

Honestly, I don't think I've ever written a review so soon after installing an app. I switched from Samsung to Motorola and miss the included gallery app I had before. This isn't a horrible facsimile of what I wanted but the ads make it absolutely useless. Trying to use it to organize pics on my new phone after backing up everything to the SD card in my old phone I attempted to use this app for about 15 minutes, under heavy use you'll get a full screen ad about every 10 picture changes, or 4 a minute if you aren't changing pictures as often. Transferring pictures I took on my new phone to the SD card was abysmal, I took about 30 pictures yesterday. I selected them to transfer to SD. About a minute and half later it was still working and I was sure I had accidentally selected an entire extra folder to move or something. Nope, turns out it just took over 120 seconds to transfer 30 pics. Might not be horrible if you just want an option besides the included photos app, but if you have to spend any amount of time finding, moving, or editing pics or file names this is the last app you should choose.

This app is a good alternative to the default Photos app. It has its benefits, I like the functionality and the simple interface. This is what I would consider to be equivalently designed with Apples simplicity motto combined with Googles Android OS powerhouse. A few of the main things I enjoy about this app are: - Built-in editing for cropping and rotating images. - Browsing folders as their own albums. - Simple, direct, no annoyances or special configurations required. Its worthy 100%

photos samsung gallery samsung gallery samsung gallery Installed this to replace QuickPic, which I had been using for years, but which has stopped working for me (crashes all the time). Simple Gallery IS simple, but has a comprehensive set of features, and ultimately, I like it better than QuickPic. Also, it has a much easier time deleting photos from the SD card.
