This app is so poorly designed. When you phone is on a different wifi network, the app still tries to connect via LAN. A simple subnet check with option to change connect via LAN/Internet should solve this problem. Once the app crashes the plug has to be set up again. This happens on daily basis. Total useless

Its not so much about the apps per se, but the over all functional architecture. This is a very simple architecture with the only control option of the plug is on & off via buttons on your smart phone and/or timer controlled on & off actions. No ITTT or other 'smart' rule-based actions. It looks like the switch itself is solid and responsive, however, the apps has no further smart function rather switching it on and off. A bit of waste of potential, or simply lack of feature and interest or capability of the developer. I'm sure with the right interest the Developer can open it to smart systems like ITTT or other (home) automation. So my verdict is 'just OK', I will write a better response when it opens to the real smart world.

Rather confusing "install" instructions. But, the solid state works flne. BUT, be consistent. If the switch's button turns Red when active, make the app's button also turn red when "ON:. ( sloppy programing!)

People are way too picky when reviewing this. Odds are that you paid less than $15 for the wifi plug like I did and this app does its job. It searches your LAN and works the wifi socket. If you want a better app and wifi socket, spend more rather than complaining here.

Randomly disconnects but plug remains in current state. When it reconnects the status may not be it's current state. Also a manual override seems to affect the correct operation of the daily timing function. Instructions.. Useless. Need to add uid first then setup each plug in turn. Blue led flash slow..not configured...fast means being configured.. Solid is ready. Factory reset..press and hold button for 30 secs... Blue led then flashes slowly. Better docs. Required. Security...how does it know my wan add

Most of the time it says system off line or connecting so the only way to get them to work is to unplug and plug back in. Does not serve the purpose they were designed for! Please fix these problems.
