My gps bartun 4g pet tracker has no device id on it and I just got it on Amazon. I am unable to register. I cannot use this. How do I get a device id and a username and password.

Works, but demands totally unneeded mobile location to locate the tracked device otherwise app constantly restarts - I'm tracking the target, why does the app need to know where I am? And app refuses to quit; need to force kill...

It is very useful. One problem is no clear user manual. People gave only 1 star because they do not understand about GPS LBS WIFI positioning clealy. They do not know about cool,warm,hot boot of GPS because there is no manual. They also confuse about their mobile position and tracker pisition which developer user for tracking distant between. I also have some point in App cannot understand. Please make good instruction manual.

Good and useful app, easy to use, working quite well except for one small issue: since the last update, the app does not close properly upon exit. When exiting, the app shows an error message for few seconds, then seems to close itself, but system shows notification, that the app is still running - I have to go to Android settings / App info, choose the app and use "Force Stop". Could you, please, check this issue? Thanks.

The app registration is awful. I get an error message re that I do not have a network on both my android phone and tablet connection however I do. I cannot download the app to my laptop. Customer service from swisstrack never answers their phone or messages. UGH I would like to know what other app would work with the miniswisstrak...
