When it works...the keyword is WHEN...it's great. However, this app rarely works on a consistent basis. It's aggravating, especially when I'm not on call. I have families whom I serve and there are times they need me. I can't trust this app and it's frustrating. I've uninstalled it too many times and it still doesn't work properly.

App used to work great, now I get notifications that I have received messages, but I am never able to view them using the app. I have to log in from a desktop computer (kind of defeats the purpose).

This is such a great. It's nice to be able to check calls without having to use a desktop. Even when the app was updating, it didn't take very long to get it back up and running.
