Doesn't work, says sniffer not found. Emailed support with screen capture and no help at all. A waste of money

App performs exceedingly well providing the same options as many more expensive apps. Granted it takes a little while to figure out but all my assistance emails were answered within hours each time.

It's a little bit tricky to use, especially on a phone-sized screen, but for the price it's very powerful. A little more documentation, or hints in the interface, or both, would go a long way.
