Finally! I can login for so many attempts. I just found out that if u use your deca account number (12digits) to register it will Never work. You have to Ask or Get the Bill to the office and u can find your real account of your internet there NOT Deca with 12 digits. Or email them, I have my bill in pdf format. Then use that account number to register don't forget to create a password. It Works for me hope it helps.

Unusable. Cannot create an account because nothing pops up when entering date of birth. You cannot type on it also.
