Listed as #3 of things to do in Hampton Bays, NY on Trip Advisor, House of Wellness (formerly The Yoga House) was founded by Kara Billingham in 2006. A one of a kind wellness center offering programs for all ages such as meditation, reiki, yoga, massage, wellness retreats, teacher trainings, support groups, and more!

With a collection of different teachers and styles, we offer a friendly atmosphere encouraging each participant to follow their own inner guidance on the path of wellness. Our teachers have been described as "relatable, knowledgeable, and friendly". Our massage therapists are known to be some of the best and most sought out in the Hamptons.

House of Wellness (formerly The Yoga House) has been voted Platinum Dan's Papers Best of the Best for 2015 and 2016 in both center, yoga teacher, and massage therapist.

House of Wellness also brings local artists in to display and sell their unique work. David Billingham, local artist, writer, and children's camp director, has tastefully designed both our first and second wellness homes here in Hampton Bays. You will find his unique driftwood and repurposed work for sale in our center.

House of Wellness has also adopted several east end charities and is proud to give to these worthy organizations on a weekly basis.

With a desire to bring health and wellness to all interested, House of Wellness offers community classes whenever possible and classes to young adults with physical disabilities.
