Does not work. Wasted so much of my life on this app . No help at all. I have spent over 12 hours trying to connect my inverter to your app. Been on the phone to customer support. WATCHED you tube videos. Told my installer to dort it for me and no one can get it too work. One of the reasons I brought a fronius inverter was for the monitoring. If I knew it wasn't going to work I would of checked out other products.

I can log into the app perfectly fine but can't connect to the Fronius. I've followed the setup a hundred times but it just sits there spinning on " connecting" and doesn't connect even though the Fronius shows Wi-Fi as active. Is this because there's no facility to put your wifi password into the Fronius? And there's no way to contact anyone for help. Frustrating.

I can't recommend this app at all. Firstly I couldn't register. Initially at website the programme didnt send the verification email and then put me into a loop with the verification process and needed to contact support to get sorted whilst installer waiting. Finally registered and got app installed Not intuitive, hard to install, wont log into website, goes into demo mode on opening and not your own system, no explanation of symbols colours or terminology. I could go on with other issues but the upshot is a very poorly designed and functioning app that needs a lot of work. The only thing saving it is that the Windows 10 version of the app is far worse! This reflects badly on the company

As many others have already stated, this app is rubbish. Used to work fine - had a few dropouts but sorted itself out eventually. Stopped working a few weeks back and have spent ages trying to reconnect without success. There is no support from Fronius. Very disappointing and raises concerns about if Fronius cannot get their app to function correctly, then what hope is there for their inverter reliability? Web site seems to still be functioning ok but really enjoyed the ease of using the app

Great app, get a premium account and a smart meter to get the most out of it. Could be better if more features like consumption data, feed in tarrif , grid energy etc available on the mobile app. Nevertheless all those are still accessible on the solar web page.

Save yourself the time and uninstalll this "app." Hot garbage would be a more appropriate name. For the Devs, app forces users to go into web setup even after clearing cache. Next it would get stuck on the continue (and back) button not working at the wifi setup screen. Guessing you already know this and I'm just wasting my time. Should be removed from play store.
