5 stars for being so unbelievably terrible that it caused me to get my refund, saving me hours and money. Terrible app for a terrible product. If there's one benefit to this app being so bad, it saved me sending the paired lamp to my parents and causing them a headache and potentially missing the window with which I could return this garbage fire of a lamp. Failing for 20 minutes straight at simply connecting my lamp was the only sign I needed to get my money back. Thanks for saving me $100!

As a tech savvy person I came into this expecting a fairly simple setup. Anything but. Time consuming, frustrating glitches such as "add host info", as the host I enter my number and get "don't enter your own info". Ummmm... Ok. After 2 hours, I give up.

Great "concept" only. It does NOT work. Clear instructions are needed. The instructions that ARE accompanying the lamp are not useful. What I'm told to click on does not exist so can't be done. Please at LEAST keep a link to an updated version of the current "instructions" within the app, if it can't be current on the paperwork. Right now, it's a waste of money on a colorful lamp that created a lot of EMOTION and HOPE for long distance loved ones.

I love the lamp itself but my mom can't keep the app open on her phone for some reason so we have not been able to sync yet.😢 So as of today we have not been able to use it the way it's supposed to be used.

Connection ..... having the hardest time w this thing connecting to my wifi. No matter how many times I try it always times out. I hope my friend did not waste money on this product.
