The app will force shut down when trying to start picking an order or viewing items. Everything else like viewing customer information to checking done orders works

The app finally updated to let android phones scan grocery items from Hobart weight machines in our departments. Yay!!! Thanks, freshop! So much quicker and easier now! The app updated, but now causes problems with android phones. I cannot scan meat, deli, bakery, etc. Itcwill only scan UPC codes and produce codes. It makes my job much more time consuming.

The company of which I am affiliated with uses this app for accommodating
our online ordering system. Of course there are a few bugs that could
definitely be fixed and other alterations for a more smooth experience.
Although it has it's faults, like most apps do, it is a very helpful tool
that's fast, easy, and gets the job done.
