Using BlueStacks

Why it can't download remote videos?

Something happend after the update. Cannot play videos from SD card anymore. Weird and cannot fix it.

Who found my Wi-Fi and he just got stuck afterwards said it found it and I didn't know what else to press so I'm deleting it
