Damn thing will never refresh.! Doesn't stay connected with any real time. One day it will track activity and the next it does nothing no matter what I do with it and the batteries never fully charge.

Immediately after purchase, I felt the $10 a month charge for service may be to high. I realized i made the purchase out of fear. Upon reading the reviews my stomach rolled a bit but then reminded myself that 45 was prez and so most people are just dumb. After following the directions precisely, I attached the tracker to my sidekick and hit the park. a week so far so good. Immediately notifies me when she leaves the range of wifi. only problem I have so far is I can't seem to upload pic.

I cant even get logged in cuz it wont let me change my password cuz when i hot to get the password and cone back it restarts me all over again so i xant do nothing with what im paying for... It needs a better system thats what i know OK

HORRIBLY UNRELIABLE. 3 HUGE issues: #1 it isn't reliable. I took my dog to the pet store and the app said he was still in the safe zone even though he was miles from it. Refreshing does nothing. #2 inaccurate and very weak battery. the battery percentage meter on the app stays at 61% for days and then drops to 39%. The BATTERY LASTS A MAXIMUM OF 1 HOUR if you try to use the "live tracking" feature. #3 it will only fit on a SUPER THIN collar/harness.

The Pintrac Pet Tracker is a great product.!! I know you may have read some of the reviews as I did as well. I was skeptical at first that it wouldn't do it exactly what it said it would do however it was quite the opposite. I set up safe zones through the app and took a jog with my dog Lacy...the app showed exactly when Lacy was outside of her safe zones, it also allowed me to set activity goals like burning calories to monitor her health. Better than the chip!! Got mine at METRO by T-Mobile.
