Hi after sending files its not aligned wells and too many bugs while creating forms

The update seems to have improved the app. This is the closest thing to what I want but it would be nice if you could change the font size. My 2 page document on paper turns into 16 pages in the app. Also some of the breaks in the page cut words in half if that's where the page breaks

A great app, for a while. I created a service form and had submitted about 30 completed forms via email. During my last form filling the app froze, then all my previous forms disappeared and so did the form itself. I'm afraid I can no longer trust this app.

Almost a 5 star app for me. The one thing that would push it over the top is the ability to change form entry locations or at least the ability to add an entry other than at the bottom.
