This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Qualiex: Forlogic Tasks on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

O Forlogic Tasks App é uma extensão mobile do software Qualiex que possibilita que você gerencie suas atividades em qualquer lugar e a qualquer hora, ordenando sua rotina da forma que melhor se adapta a você.

Com o Tasks, é possível:
• criar projetos, agrupando atividades de acordo com o objetivo a ser alcançado;
• acrescentar etiquetas que te ajudam a agrupar as tarefas, por colaborador, setor ou projeto, por exemplo;
• anexar arquivos ou escrever observações (notas) que auxiliem a compreender melhor o que você precisa fazer e contenham informações importantes sobre as atividades.

Gestão Visual

Você também pode estabelecer prioridades de execução, orientando-se por cores: vermelho: amarelo e azul. Isso facilita a visualização das atividades e torna a gestão da rotina de trabalho muito mais visual.

No menu lateral, você consegue acompanhar quais atividades você programou para seu dia, quais deverão ser executadas nos próximos 7 dias e quais estão atrasadas. Você também terá uma Caixa de Entrada, que possibilita capturar as atividades que surgirem no dia a dia.

Como gestor, além de poder delegar atividades diretamente para seus colaboradores por meio do sistema, você conseguirá acompanhar as atividades que eles já realizaram o que torna possível acompanhar o andamento de projetos ou tarefas simplesmente consultando o sistema.
