This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Employee 360 Peer Reviews on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

I can add my co. goals. can share goals with my staff to update it. I can also give my guys instant "thank you". they like getting game points.🤣 . Quite fun. no ads too. Good if you keep it free.

I've used other apps which are normally focusing on the tasks or projects without giving much insight on the collaborators performance and or development. This app on the other hand seems to be giving collaborators 360 degrees feedback and giving insight on performance individually. I believe there are improvements to be made and I'm positive I'll experience those improvements along the way when I will be using it for my performance and development. The level of support made me give it 5 stars and that's not the only reason. I would suggest the developers to be able to add time in goal's reminders with ability to add tasks without deadlines, repetitive tasks without due dates. One more thing I feel would give this app an edge is to set the level of priority for each goal and activity history for each goal (eg. If the due date is changed) and able to add pictures or other files in comment section of each goal. Nonetheless, I find it very useful and I look forward to succeed with this.
