This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FogSkoop - Instant Expert Advice on PC Windows and Mac.

The FogSkoop app connects you with a provider of your choice via voice / video call features. The app also provides a platform to share documents with the providers.

How do you use FogSkoop?
If you are a customer looking to talk to an expert, sign up as a “SERVICE SEEKER”. Select the category you are interested in and connect with any online provider of your choice. You can also review the profiles of all the providers.
If you are a provider, sign up as a “SERVICE PROVIDER” and set up your profile for seekers to connect with you.
Payment:
The application is free to download. “SERVICE SEEKER” pays the “SERVICE PROVIDER” in a “Pay as you use” model.  The charge for the service is calculated per minute based on the amount indicated in the provider’s profile.
Some providers may choose to offer their service for free.  Seekers can connect to such providers free of charge!
