This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Chaos MTG Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

About this app

This is the pro version of the Chaos MTG application.

The basic premise is: at the beginning of each turn players must roll a chaos effect and carry out whatever action it states. This help add some randomness and variance to your games.

The previous application is many years old now and I've come a long way as a developer since it's creation.

This is a new rebuild of the application from the ground up with a more modern and polished interface, it retains the minimalist function interface of the original application.

This pro version offers more customization settings and many new features like:
- 5 different color themes
- Ability to create and edit effects within the app
- See all built in effects within the app
- new JSON file format for effects, with automatic import of old txt style custom effects
- Edit the built in effects
- Combined effect history list for easier reference
- Temporarily disable any built-in or custom effects
- See all custom effects within the app


Perhaps most exciting, there are loads of new effects exclusive to this version. Every built in effect list has double the number of effects as in the old free version of the app.

New features

New settings for separate roll lists. All types separate, like in the free version. Or just world effects in their own page.
