The QR codes keep coming up as invalid (I literally just bought my bins) when I scan which gives you an option to "go to website" ... every time I tried to go to the website I was warned it was an unsecure website, potentially leading me to personal information theft. So I then try to search my Bella container and the search will not go any further than to allow me to type the product. My network connection is just fine, this app is not very well designed.

I upgraded from an Galaxy S7 to an S8. The app won't let me log in (request denied due to security). What is that supposed to mean? I have several totes logged and was going to begin my holiday totes. Now I can't do anything. Please fix the issue.

I just got off the phone with them and I was told there app is having an issue as of the last week and they are aware of it. But I see a review from the beginning of the year stating the same issue I'm having. So I guess I'll find another way to track my storage, as I wait for a call back.

I just bought Bella totes today. The app says the QR codes are invalid and I have to print new ones. I will just use my Duck pack and track app with these bins and delete this non-working app.
