Save Each Receipt
Never again search for crumpled paper receipts in your pockets, shoeboxes or folders: The admin App is your central storage location for all your receipts. Not only can you receive and manage digital receipts with the app, but you can also receive and manage digital invoices, which you simply forward by e-mail to your admin ID.

Free admin ID & Privacy
Start into the world of digital receipting - with our free admin ID. Create a user account with your name and e-mail address. Your data will be stored on our servers in Germany, administered in compliance with GDPR and of course not passed on to third parties for marketing and advertising purposes. The admin ID is necessary so that you can access your digital receipt at any time and from any place.

Save Receipts According to Your Own System
Save especially important receipts as favorites with the „Bookmark“ function - and sort your receipts in a personal folder system that you can customize at any time.

Developed in Germany
A & G GmbH is a software company from Bremen, Germany, which has been working on the development of a complex system for digital receipt since 2017 - with the vision of putting an end to the paper receipt. In addition to the admin App, we also offer admin Online as invoice collector from online stores, admin Tax for tax consultants and the admin Box as hardware solution for retailers.

For the Environment
Along with plastic, paper is one of the materials whose production places the greatest burden on the environment. Germany is the world's second largest paper sinner: 250 kilograms are consumed here every year - per capita! In America, 670,000 tons of paper are wasted every year on receipts. Or to put it another way: 10 million trees and 79 billion liters of water. So every single day, several kilometers of paper are printed - and far too often end up in the paper bin directly after the purchase. This harms the ecosystem and destroys valuable resources. And in times of digitalization, it is no longer necessary: Not a single tree needs to be cut down to make a digital receipt in the admin App.
