Terrible experience! I installed brand new Duracell batteries. I only locked it up for 8-10 hours(at night) at a time, basically. The first couple of nights battery powered decrease from 100% to 86% or 89%. On the 4th morning I couldn't unlock it. I put in brand new batteries and followed the instructions to no avail!

Weak password and didn't play nicely with last pass password manager. Questionable security seeing as it's a Chinese app. I'm not trying to be racist but I question the security of devices and apps from China. So months later I buy a new phone and try to add/unlock my bike lock. The password was saved in a password manager so I wouldn't have to misstype it or even remember it. I try copying typing and autofilling and it says wrong password.

I need an assistance tel number since the device I bought seems to be weirdly broken. Te app suddenly can't see my smart lock and I my bike is blocked somewhere, I can't seem to be able to do anything to fix this.

App just stopped connecting to lock. Uninstall, reboot, install again still doesn't fix. Not helpful when bike is now held hostage to a broken app!!
