This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Flight Knife (consulter les NOTAMs) on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Why only French? Odd to open an app with a generic English-language name to find an app that has no option beyond French.

About this app

Consulter les NOTAMs régulièrement est important. Mais il est si facile de passer à travers un nouveau NOTAM qui se glisse dans les mêmes NOTAMs que nous lisons tous les jours.

FlightKnife va vous permettre d'effectuer cette tâche plus simplement grâce à son système de tri.
Maintenant les NOTAMs peuvent être marqués comme lu pour ne pas y revenir, ou il est possible de les ajouter à vos favoris, pour être sûr de les relire avant chaque vol.
Il est également possible d'indiquer des catégories de NOTAMs comme "inutiles" et de les masquer par défaut.

De plus vous pouvez créer des dossiers de vol pour retrouver facilement les NOTAMs associés à une navigation. Les dossiers de vol peuvent également être synchronisé automatiquement de manière silencieuse, ou vous pouvez être prévenu lors de la réception d'un nouveau NOTAM via une notification.

L'application fonctionne également en mode hors ligne. Vous pouvez donc à nouveau consulter les NOTAMs durant votre vol en cas de doute.

La préparation de votre navigation se fait donc plus rapidement, et en étant certain de ne pas passer à côté d'une information importante.

MISE A JOUR EN CONTINUE
L'application se compose d'une partie application et d'une partie serveur. En cas d'erreur lors du décodage d'un NOTAM, un email est envoyé et le bug est ainsi corrigé très rapidement sur la partie serveur, sans avoir besoin de mettre à jour l'application.
