I love this app. The stretches are great and they are timed well. It's has really helped me to do some form of stretching at least a couple of times a day. I use the post running stretches for my post walk. Huge difference the next day.

I LOVE this app and try to use it daily! I have been able to customize different stretching routines. My "Standing" stretching routine has 33 different exercise positions/movements!! As a free app, the short ads are infrequent AND there is so much more to explore!
