Doesn't start on time. When I am doing perfect plank doesn't say flawless but when I am about to sit it says flawless. Tried in different light settings same result. No good you need to perfect the capture and make it start immediately.

This is a great app. As everyone knows the benefits of yoga are accelerated when you hold the posture correctly. I have been using this, as part of my practice, for a few weeks and have already noticed an improvement in core strength and muscle tone. The interface makes it easy to challenge yourself to improve how you hold the posture every day.

Flawless Plank app is the ONLY way to perfect your posture in real time. This app will perfect your form and prevent injuries by allowing the user to adjust their posture as instructed by the lady in the app. Wonderful idea and even better execution.

I always felt somebody supervising my exercises, so that i did it properly, would be a real value... This app does it for planks... It still has to correct some minor flaws, which i guess will happen.... Hope they are able to extend to other exercises too.

Couldn't get the timer to start tried several times when I set up the timer started. This is a great concept. I'll try again later I on installed it.

Flawless Plank observes your planks through the phone camera & gives real-time feedback to ensure perfect plank form. It is different from apps like 30 Day Fitness & 7 Minute Challenge because it's interactive personal trainer gives you real-time guidance to make your plank workout more effective.

Flawless Plank uses patent-pending artificial intelligence (A.I.) to analyze your plank and provide real time feedback, to ensure you always hold perfect, flawless form while planking.

It's easy. Just lean your phone against a wall or an object on the floor, let the app discover you through the phone camera. Then simply go ahead and plank. Once you are done, just sit up - the app recognizes you are done and automatically calculates your plank times!

The app focuses on the two areas where you are most likely to lose your form when doing the plank – a sagging waist or a raised waist. The app will correct you if you lose form - so you are always holding a proper flawless plank.

We calculate how long you're in a "flawless plank" state and automatically save your plank times, so you can share it with the world (or just compete against yourself).

You can also set a 30 day plank challenge - we calculate the daily plank target time, keep track of each day's plank target and your flawless scores. You can see your daily improvement in a visual graph.
