『FLASH MOBILE かけ放題』アプリは、FLASH MOBILEが提供するオプションサービス、「かけ放題」ご契約者様専用のアプリです。
FLASH MOBILEの「かけ放題」にご契約いただいたSIMを挿入した端末にアプリをインストールし、アプリを通じて発信することで、毎月2,000分、国内通話および対象国の対象電話タイプへの国際電話がかけ放題になるサービスです。

【特徴】
・簡単、シンプルな操作方法。
・環境に応じて４GまたはWi-Fiのいずれかを利用して発信できます。
・電波の悪いエリアでも、Wi-Fiを利用することで高品質な通話ができます。
・海外旅行の際にWi-Fiを利用して通話することで、ローミング料金の発生を防げます。
・既に携帯電話に登録されている連絡先に、アプリを通じてワンタッチで通話できます。

【注意事項】
●FLASH MOBILEの「かけ放題」にご契約いただいていても、『FLASH MOBILE かけ放題』アプリを通じて発信しないとかけ放題が適応されず、通常の通話料金（20円/30秒）が発生いたします。必ずアプリを通じて発信するようご注意ください。
●アプリご利用上の誤り、また第三者による不正使用等により生じたいかなる損害に対しても、当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。
●FLASH MOBILEの「かけ放題」はIP電話（VoIP）です。日本国内の通話時における発信先端末の着信表示は「非表示」となります。
●システムの構造による都合上、発信先エリアによって、発信から電話が繋がるまで数十秒ほど時間がかかる場合があります。
●下記番号への発信は、「かけ放題」サービスの対象外となります。下記番号への発信は、アプリを通さず通常の通話アプリ（携帯電話にデフォルトで入っている電話機能アプリ）をご利用ください。
・ 110番、119番、117番、177番などの3ケタの番号
・ NTTコミュニケーションズのフリーダイヤル、ナビダイヤル、テレドーム、 NTT東日本・NTT西日本の災害募金サービス等0xx0系の番号
・ マイライン等の00xxから始まる電話番号
・ 060、020、もしくは、#で始まる電話番号
・ NTTドコモ社の「他の電話機からの遠隔操作」の発信番号（090-310-14xx、 090-310-1655）
・ ソフトバンク社の「転送・留守電・着信お知らせ機能サービス」に関する発信番号
