Hotline numbers just rang. Instead of revealing the name and photo of delivery rider, app only shares the employee number and the mobile number of the rider who never answers. Full identity of delivery personnel should be given because it is a security risk and one-sided in terms of private data. App is deplorable so is the courier company's service. Contrary to its name, Flash is excruciating slow and handles parcels sloppily.

If I could rate this service 0, I really wi ll. Worst courier service ever. No customer service, the riders will cancel your booking. Rude delivery riders. Worst experience ever. Until now, my parcel hasn't been picked up yet. If they also have cut offs, they should have limit their app what time is their cut off. I don't even know why this app is still here. Worst app and service ever. The riders are so entitled to be so rude because this service doesn't have customer service.

Not friendly app. Sorry but you have poor management, your employee called me for exact location which I directed and waited. Few hours later it says delivery unsuccessful because the phone number which is my number is incorrect

I truly frustrated. This company is not recommended. If there' a zero rating i would rate it to them. Such a slow services and their courier is very immoral attitude.

Service is terrible. The apps show phone # but no one responds. 3rd day in a row deliver guy not respond. Sent a complaint online and now waiting for response....unprofessional Update: the driver was sanctioned becaused they submitted a fake edited text that claimed i canceled the order.
