if rating star can give 0 star, i give for 0 star. delivery person lying..item returned to the seller for the reason of not being able to contact the customer..even though the delivery person contacted i saying that he could not send the item. the next day i contact the delivery person to comfirm today he should send the item, but then he not send the item, i check details delivery my item was return to seller. i also contact service partner but they doing nothing. this is a worst service ever !

Worst delivery service ever in Malaysia, unable to contact the delivery guy and put as " delivery attempt unsuccessful ". The picture provided also is a blank image with location tag at another place. Clear proof the delivery guy not even go to the site address to check out first.

Scammer. The track and trace indicates that I got a call from the courier. However, that is all a genuine fraud. I constantly check my phone because it indicates that my shipment is "on delivery." No call, no message, and no WhatsApp. Add a justification other than "Receiver Rescheduled" for not shipping the package. Real fraud. Shut down this company!

There is no a problem as far as i know for the app itself, but for the company it such a blasphemy to even conduct any business with the company as there is far better company in term of logistic and personell (malaysia).
