Terrible. Only Bluetooth device my phone hasn't been able to connect with. Phone says to check the device settings, but of course, there are none. Call the product support number, put on hold and then into voice mail several time, never got to speak with a support person. Absolute garbage product, app and "support".

Update: If you upgrade to Android 10 and this app stops working, clear the apps cache data (Settings>Apps>Smart Scale>Storage & Cache>Clear Storage). You will need to setup your scale again, but this resolved an issue where the app opened to a black screen. ---------- Original Review: Very basic app which could be great if they added a few features: Add a notification option when the propane is low. Add the ability to fine tune the propane tank tare weights. Not all 20lb tanks weigh 17lbs. Remove the pay option for bigger tanks. Purchasing the scale should provide the revenue to support the app. The App has been stable and as long as I am in range it connects to the tank scale without issue.

The app wants location services I'm not giving it that there is no reason for such an app to require my location they even know this because they lie and say we need location services to look for scales near you which is a bald-faced lie because location services won't help you find scales near me Bluetooth services will do that :-) so far I have not been able to get the scale to respond I'm not sure if this requires the app to Philly go through its process for that to happen the LED no light
