Queens road branch in Bangalore is shifted. And my booking was successful, I stay near nagavara and all Service cenyers are too far. Very sad that I came to queens road and wasted my time believing service booking was done

We booked Ertiga with Pratham motors, HSR, Bangalore on 25 Dec, 2018. While booking we were promised and told in extreme confidence that the vehicle will be delivered by 2/3 week of Jan. Current situation, is that forget delivery we are struggling to even receive a date when the vehicle will be delivered. Pratham motor are cheats, Please don't book anything with them.
