Absolutely unusable, infinite captcha checks. Uninstalled, reinstalled, on wi-fi, on data, restarted phone, hard and soft. Why do we need to be taken out of the app to log in all of a sudden? What was wrong with in app logins? This is a trend I've noticed recently, and all it's done is inconvenience (you now have to log in multiple times in most cases), cause confusion with the app and be unreliable to the consumer.

For the past four months this app has crashed every single time I have tried to login. I can't access any of my statement so I have no idea how much to pay you until you call me threatening to cut off my service. I just tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and as soon as I click login after entering my username and password it just goes to a blank white screen and then crashes. Every Single Time. Update: still crashing 🤦‍♂️ It's like you don't even want me to pay you. Still happening

Cannot get past the multi-step verification. My phone is up to date, the app is up to date, I have cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, I've even tried using a different default browser to just simply log in to the app. Reading online on Reddit that people have been having this issue for over a year, speaks to how little Rogers cares. The only way it seems to access this is via a computer.

I updated the app, and now I can not get into my account using the app. It just keeps buffering. I called Rogers and was told to delete the app. However, the phone came with all rogers apps already installed and so I cannot even delete it. The escalation will take up to 5 business days for me to hear back from a member of the technical team.

Garbage Since Update! And before customer service responds saying something silly, the answer is yes, yes, the phone was rebooted, then turned off and then on, the app uninstalled and re installed. For the amount you charge for all of your services, you need to do better. This is why I cancelled home services and why in the new year we will finally be done with all services with Rogers. Can only access by logging in via the website, not the app. So frustrating!

Absolute garbage since last update. Cannot get past captcha, no matter how many times I correctly identify the bicycles, motorcycles, cars, traffic lights, etc. Tried rebooting the phone, clearing the cache, Uninstalling and reinstalling the app... nothing works. Obviously, given all the other critical reviews, it's a rogers app issue. But in typical rogers fashion, they blame customers for poor user experience in all their replies. Just say, "We're sorry and we're working to fix this."
