This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Chelsea Piers Fitness on PC Windows and Mac.

Calendar function to reserve classes is buggy. Skips ahead whole weeks, isn't synced right to today's date.

This app is barely functional on Android. Not only is it annoying to be constantly alerted about wanting to check in, it also sends this check-in notification just after opening the app, where I would either be looking at the schedule and don't want to check in, or be loading the app to use the check in feature; in both cases the notification is pointless and super annoying. The class schedule never EVER loads to the current date, and the list of the dates at the top is often unresponsive, especially when trying to scroll to the next week and choose a different date. I also constantly have trouble signing up for classes even though I am logged in and it's within the time frame for signing up. The app is a complete headache everytime I try to use it and I honestly wish Chelsea Piers fitness had not switched to the new app or developer. I also wish the class locations were still included in the schedule. Overall, very unhappy with the app functionality, although I do like the visual design.

It's not perfect but it is a work in progress. I would like if garmin support was added to sync workouts. Also the location portion of the app needs work, constantly asks if I want to check in even when I'm either not near the gym or I have already checked in. Those are not deal breakers for me. That being said, being able to sign up for classes 2 days in advance comes in handy as well as having the class schedule readily available. Not perfect, but functional enough for my needs.

your app needs A LOT of work. a few points to start on; - don't bury users' ability to set a default gym. Took me weeks of digging around to find it. Terrible design. - for two weeks now your calendar has been a week out of date (behind) making it impossible to reserve classes. currently, on December 1, the schedule is showing the week of November 25.

Barely useful. Calendar view is often broken and won't let me scroll to next week, instead focusing on past days which is useless. App harasses me about allowing location services although I have no use for the check-in notifications that pop up in random places in Chelsea. Not to mention the largest most visible element in the app is the "refer a friend" button - way to prioritize your existing customers, Chelsea Piers. Extremely disappointing.
