About this app

First Round is a self video interview app, which helps in preparation for interviews.

What is self interview?
When we gave interviews sometimes we failed in interviews. And reasons for failing interviews can be your voice is not clear, no eye contacts and many others.

So we prepare for interviews by mock interviews and interviews by peer, which helps in improving because these gave pointers where you lack.

But Mock and peer interviews are expensive. So you can't use them again and again.

So self interview is a step prior to mock and peer interviews. When you give mock interviews you don't want feedback which are very common, you want specific pointers which help to crack interviews. But if you do common mistakes, mock or peer interviewer will tell you common mistakes. so for that self interviews help to correct those mistakes.

Why An app for self interviews?
Without An app self interviews can be done in 2 ways.
a) speaking in front of mirror
b) video recording your self interviews

But both have some limitations
While speaking in front of mirror either you speak or analyze. It is very difficult to do both simultaneosly.

Video recordings are good but while analyze your recording you may don't know context of interview after some days.

So, to overcome these shortcomings An app is required for self interview where you can select questions, time frame for interviews and give interviews. And after that you can analyze your mistakes in interviews and rectify them.

New features

1. improved video quality
2. ui enhancements
