The Find My Phone: Lost Phone Access requires following permissions:
1. Bind Device Admin ( for device admin permission)
2. Location (for getting lost device approximate location)
3. Read phone state (for getting lost device information like idea number, model number etc.)
4. Receive Boot Complete (for initializing the app)
5. Package Usage Stat (for getting other application details for app locker)

How to Uninstall:
To uninstall the App, you can do two things:
With-in the app:
1. You must tap same “Activated” button to deactivate the app security first.
2. Click on the “Uninstall” button below and hit yes to uninstall the application.
From the setting:
1. Phone Settings > Security > Device Administrators, uncheck " Find My Phone: Lost Phone Access ".
2. And then uninstall the application
