The app is underwhelming. The website was glitchy. After logging in there was a error saying that it failed to load Google Maps. The dashboard had developer text in various places on the page as if it was under construction. I hit device information which was blank. Nothing worked. Then the page went haywire jumping from the login screen to the dashboard over and over. My Samsung Note 8 is in excellent shape and seemlessly works with every app I use. The other reviews must be fake!
