You are asking about 30 ₺ (Turkish Liras) for Turkey. Yes, this is not much for an American who earns thousands of dollars in a month. But average salary in Turkey is about $500. So 30 ₺ is like $30 (maybe much) for Turkish people. And this is just for a year.
