When it works it's great sadly most of the time it doesn't. In the app store it tells me it's installed. I look for it in my apps drawer and it's nowhere to be found. I literally have to open it from the app store. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and no luck. I just upgraded to pixel 8 pro and have the same problem. It shows the app installed but it's nowhere in my app drawer or search bar

What's the point in having an app if it sends you to the browser to login? And also that doesn't work. Every time I have to make a payment it just doesn't allow me to login, yes, because even when I have set the automatic payments, I have to directly pay. I assume that is not only me, so the company is receiving late payments from a lot of people, your loss, Fido. The app should recognize your device, as many other apps, and just keep you logged in.

Sends me to browser, then fully glitches out. I have two phone numbers and I can't even find my work phone information. *response: yes, but it wouldn't fully uninstall. I have two phones linked, and I could never actually open, nor fully delete, the app on either of them. I'll go into a in person store after New Year's and see if they can fix it there*

Very clunky, has been showing "something went wrong" error msg every time I want to use the app since last year. Edit: they managed to make it worse, it's absolutely useless now! Logs you out everytime, which is very odd compared to every other mobile app! It's basically a bad browser for their website with less functionalities

Takes me to the login page, I enter the username and password, it takes me back to the app, but the app is frozen, sign in button is greyed out and no other option to press. Waited more than 10 mins, but it still did not work. Reinstalled the app, but it is still not working. Also, please have the login functionality added to the app as opposed to going to a webpage.

Useless app for android! Does not work on Blackberry Key2 android 8.1 ! Takes to web browser to login, and nothing happens. Does not load on chrome, or desktop view, or firefox. We can visit other planets and create AI, but canadian carriers still cannot make a proper functioning app, even with all that $$$!
