Works great. Usually the sound is fast and the video is good enough. You get a call notification just like you receive a phone one, meaning it pops on the screen. There should be a way to restart the bell if it stops working, mine stopped connecting to wifi and it was pretty hard to solve. Overall I'm happy with the system and the app.

Please add finger print authentication instead of password, specially to open door. It's so common now phones having finger authentication and apps too. Edit: almost two years that this app doesn't have any updates... And still no fingerprint authentication. :(( update: the app continue to look so old in terms o GUI. Are you planning do to some gui redesign?

Awful app. One of the worst. I keep hoping they will update it with something that works properly but it seems they are happy with version 2.4 sigh

Change from 1 to 4 stars because it worked much better for last months. It would be good to modernize de UI, the application has a very old look and feel.

I tried several times to set up the wi-fi of the monitor using the app. Every time after having done the configuration, the app did not connect to show the video, giving me a 'incorrect password' error. After trying a bit more, I did get it to work, but there is obviously an issue with the initial setup. Here is what I did to get it to work: Step 1 - When you add the Fermax panel onto your Wi-Fi, once it has succeed, it will ask you to give the device a name and provide a username and a password. The password is basically a code consisting of numbers. I changed the default passcode of 1234 into my own code for safety. However, it seems that this is not stored correctly in the phone as after this configuration the password incorrect message appeared. It DID forward calls to my phone, but no video preview available. Step 2 - To fix the issue, I first disabled call forwarding in order to be able to change the settings. Then, in the Way-fi app, I went into the settings using the Gear icon at the right top to change the passcode. I now entered again the number code I configured initially in step 1 of my description. Clearly the app had not saved this properly after the initial configuration, although the Fermax Monitor does seem to have stored it correctly. After step 2 was done and thus having the same passcode configured in the settings of the device on the way-fi app, I suddenly got good connection and was able to use all functionalities. Basically I believe the development team should have a look at this initial setup process, because the new passcode that is typed in is not saved on the way-fi app, afterwards giving this error.
