Wow complete fail!! Never got a verification code, even after 3 tries. Go to their customer page no way to actually talk/chat with a person. They expect you to send an e-mail and wait. When literally the first step of the step process is a complete failure and there is no help available it is time to simply take them back because I can only imagine what the rest is going to be like. Thought was a good deal, nope. Luckily bought the lights at Costco so it will be an easy return.

Response to Feit's comment. Still doesn't work! Feit Floodlight just doesn't work. I bought this from Costco so I didn't think twice about having issues with it but boy was I wrong. Connectivity through the app to the device works maybe 10% of the time. Once you get connected functionality is the same, about 10%. Click the button to turn out the light, the device goes "offline". If I wasn't so lazy I would uninstall the floodlight and return it to replace it with something that actually works.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. It makes a great light bulb, but it does not connect to my wifi or phone no matter how I try. This is the second "smart bulb" I tried from 2 different companies unsuccessfully, so I think maybe it something I am doing, but be warned, the reviews of this product are dismal, buyer beware.

I just installed the security camera 3000 wifi a few days ago. Today when I went into the app and then to the live feed I received a notification on the screen which reads: "New Device Firmware MCU Module Upgrade to the latest firmware for a better user experience..."I didn't upgrade because when I checked the About section of the app and checked update it states the latest update is already installed 3.0.9 (international). I am wondering if it's some kind of glitch or hack?

Can't connect my bulb to wifi. No matter what I do, I can't get my phone to see the bulb when it is searching the network. I've tried EZ, AP, and Bluetooth. Auto and manual. Nothing works. The light worked just fine on our old network when I installed it two years ago, and the new network is 2.4 gHz as well. My laptop can connect to it just fine even though it can't see 5gHz networks. So I have to conclude that it's the app that's at fault.

Exhaustingly unacceptable. This product has been a huge disappointment. Given the fact that I really wanted it to work. Event spent a good 1hr with 800 tech support & got another. The issue is I have Orbi network running both 2.4 & 5 Mhz signals. In order to connect this to your router you must disable the 5Mhz signal which I figured it out how to do this by accident. So now the lights worked great until my router reconnect to 5Mhz. Now the app just reads the light are offline. I'm soo sad...
