It's a very easy to use Logistics app. You can keep track of payment from your clients through your phone and export it with excel every month, periodically or even annually.

Payments

If someone pays the person turns green
If the current month has not been paid the colour light yellow
If a payment has not been paid and the person owes the previous month the person turns red.

A track on the payment personally can also be seen on the persons view.

Payments can also be skipped if for example someone is missing for a month and shouldn't proceed with that months fee.

The amount someone pays or you paid can be written as you are doing the transaction on your phone.

Sms:
Every payment you make the app automatically sends an sms to the person that is involved in the transaction so automatically it gets saved on the sms records of both sides. It's like a receipt and this way both sides know the payment was completed.

At settings, the app give you the ability to write a ready pre written personalised sms so you can use when the payment is made

Sms can also be sent to everyone or anyone you select, or any group you select.

Email:
Email receipt is also available as long as you are connected online or it will be sent later automatically as it moves to drafts.

Through the app you have the ability to separate the payment in groups.

Not paid Group

The app keeps track of the payments every month so if a payment doesn't get pay then the app puts the person in the not paid group. This saves you time to check which person and which payments have been made or are pending. The app gives the ability to send an personalised sms to these individuals so they can make their payments. In the settings you can personalise this sms.

Active - inactive

If a payment gets paused for any reason and a transaction for that person should stop for a period the only thing you need to do is turn that person inactive.

Import contacts

You can either register new contacts manually or just simply import them from you phone. You can find this feature in the settings.

Backup

Everyday the app automatically backups to your Google drive to assure payments don't get lost. You also do this manually if for example you want to change and download the app to another phone.
